This Privacy Policy applies specifically to practice.pilotpariksha.com — the Pilot Pariksha practice and mock-test platform ("the Practice Platform"), operated by One-on-One Aviation. It explains what we collect when you attempt questions, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our main site and ground-school app are covered by the Pilot Pariksha Privacy Policy; where the two overlap, this page governs the Practice Platform.
Name, email, phone and login credentials used to create or access your practice account, and payment information (processed by Razorpay) if you buy a paid question bank.
Because the Practice Platform exists to measure preparation, we record the work you do on it: questions attempted, answers selected, whether each was correct, marks and scores, time spent per question and per test, subject and chapter-wise performance, attempt timestamps, and any questions you bookmark, skip or report.
Device details (model, OS, browser), log information (IP address, session duration, pages viewed) and cookies/analytics.
We do not collect government ID, pilot licence number, or DGCA computer number on the Practice Platform.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing, and we do not publish individual scores or rank you against other students by name.
If you are enrolled in a Pilot Pariksha ground-school batch and use the same account, your instructor may see your practice performance (attempts, scores and subject-wise progress) so they can support your preparation. If you use the Practice Platform independently, your results are visible only to you and to our support team when you ask for help.
All payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI DSS-compliant). We do not store full card, UPI or banking credentials.
We use SSL encryption in transit, secure cloud storage, and limited employee access. No system is fully immune to risk.
We share information only with Razorpay for payments, trusted analytics tools (non-personal data), your ground-school instructor where section 3 applies, or when required by law. Your data is never shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Cookies keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can disable them in your browser, but test attempts and progress tracking may stop working correctly.

Practice attempts and scores are retained while your account is active so your progress remains available, and afterwards only as long as needed for dispute resolution, security and legal or financial record-keeping. They are then deleted or anonymized. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
The Practice Platform is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal data from, anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Practice Platform may link to other sites, including pilotpariksha.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
This policy may be updated, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
