This page is for the Pilot Pariksha student app (Android package
com.pilotpariksha.study) and the student portal at
study.pilotpariksha.com, run by One-on-One Aviation.
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, whether or not you still study with us.
Option 1: in the app
- Sign in to the Pilot Pariksha app (or study.pilotpariksha.com).
- Open Account & privacy on your home screen.
- Tap Request account deletion, enter your password and send.
Option 2: on this page (no sign-in needed)
Or email support@pilotpariksha.com
with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email address on your account if you can.
What happens next
- Requests from this page or by email: we first check that the request really comes from the account holder,
normally by contacting the email address or mobile number on the account. This stops someone else deleting your account.
- We then delete the account and confirm to you, normally within 7 days of the request.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are still enrolled, you will lose access to the portal and the app.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email, mobile number, username, password, profile photo, and the details we keep
about your training (enrolled subjects, batch, training stage, exam plans and results, DGCA papers cleared, DGCA computer number,
flying-training and type-rating details, airline placement, and staff notes about you).
- Your study data: chapter progress, tasks and submissions, doubts and replies, class confirmations and attendance,
recordings marked watched, weekly-test and exam results.
- Your notification tokens, activity history, AI-assistant history and preferences.
- Any enquiry record linked to your account (for example, the contact created when you first asked about classes).
What is kept, and why
- Fee records (amounts, dates and payment method) are kept for our accounting and tax records for as long as
Indian law requires. After deletion they no longer carry your name or contact details.
- Our change log keeps the fact that an action happened and when (for example, “account erased on request”),
with the details that could identify you removed.
- A record that your deletion request was received and completed, without your contact details.
